Our return & refund policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your item was last delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item was delivered, but faulty
For us to process your refund, please email us with a picture of the item so we can see where it was faulty in order for us to improve your overall shopping experience. Depending on the evidence (picture), we will either approve or deny your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Do not return items to the address mentioned on the package. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will let you know what the address is for returns.
You will waive your right for return, for any reason, if you do not receive our approval in advance.
Once we look at your individual case and approve your refund, we will send you instructions for the return shipping. Depending on whether you return or exchange a product, we may send you a return shipping label or credit your account for the cost of the return shipping.
