Custom Fees

In the unlikely case that your shipment may be held due to customs asking for fees, the customer is liable to cover those occurring fees.

United States

Rejoice US residents! Most of our products are shipped from the US, allowing your delivery time to range between 5-7 business days. Some products, depending on their demand, production difficulty and the time of the year will take an extra 2-3 business days longer to arrive. Also, note that some products are shipped from a different country. In this case, the delivery may take 4-6 weeks. But rest assured as we promise it will all be worthwhile!

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry. We currently do not ship internationally. However, we may accept special order requests depending on the product and shipping country eligibility. Email us at info@grapemart.com to see if your order would qualify.

If by chance your item has not arrived

Please check the following:

  • Review your order confirmation and double check you have entered in the correct address (if applicable, apartment/unit number).
  • Call your post-office and ask them about your package

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@grapemart.com as soon as possible. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
